Well, I am sitting here in my studio on hold with Jerry’s Artarama. I have been on hold for about 15 minutes now with the best lite jazz one could ever imagine rotting my ear off. The problem is that Jerry’s screwed my order up for a second time. That is right! I ordered 20 packages of 8″ X 10″ matte board in black about 10 days ago. They shipped me 20 packages of white matte board. So, I called them back and they said, “Oh, no problem. We are so sorry. We will send out the black matte board right away. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.”

So UPS pulled up in my driveway 30 minutes ago, handed me the replacement box and when I opened it…that’s right! 20 packages of white matte board. The thing that is so irritating to me is that I have had this happen with another art supplier. We have a Jerry’s retail store in Nashville and it is a great place to shop, but artists beware when ordering from the Jerry;s catalog, or web site.

I figure that there are a bunch of stoners hanging out in the warehouse and they are probably too baked to know the difference between black and white. Anyway, hopefully this will be resolved soon. There is my rant for the day!
